Cardiff Pottery Workshops is proud to be celebrating a decade of craftsmanship, creativity, and community—and we want YOU to be part of this milestone! To mark this incredible achievement, we’re launching our very first Makers Market  - come and see the work of local makers and artists.

This exciting one-day event will bring together talented makers from across Wales, showcasing and selling handmade work from a diverse range of creators. It’s the perfect opportunity for you to visit Cardiff Pottery, connect with the local community, and be part of celebrating the creative energy that’s thrived in our space over the past ten years.

For one day only, we’ll transform our workshop into a vibrant marketplace, filled with art, craft, and energy. The event will feature live demonstrations, masterclasses, and plenty of chances to interact—whether you’re browsing the stalls, learning something new, or simply enjoying the atmosphere it promises to be a great opportunity to meet the makers and purchase their creations.

Get creative with clay at our Makers Market! In this 20-minute session, you'll handbuild a heart using the coil technique—an ideal introduction to pottery. Suitable for ages 6 and up.
